AIDIFY supports different ways of delivering educational content.
The business model and revenue logic remain the same - only the operational scope differs.

Our goal is to minimize the lecturer’s workload.
You provide the core content (slides, transcript or outline, short bio recording).
AIDIFY handles everything else required to produce, validate, sell and operate the course.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSING
You keep ownership of your content
You remain the owner of your content. AIDIFY receives an exclusive license strictly required to host, distribute, market, and sell the course within its platform and B2B offerings.
Core Rules
- You retain full intellectual property rights to your course materials and content.
- You confirm and warrant that:
- you own the content or have the right to use it,
- the content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- You grant AIDIFY an exclusive, worldwide license (for the 5-years duration of the license) to:
- host and store the course,
- reproduce and stream the content,
- publicly display and make the course available to learners,
- technically adapt the content (e.g. formatting, compression, streaming),
- translate and localize the course when needed,
- use excerpts of the course for marketing and promotion,
- sublicense the course to B2B customers and end users as part of AIDIFY products.
The course is sold exclusively via the AIDIFY platform.

Important note
AIDIFY is currently onboarding lecturers in pilot mode. After completing the initial steps, there may be a short waiting period before production starts.
We will clearly communicate timing and next steps during onboarding.
Step-by-step onboarding process
1. Submitting application
You complete a short application form with your area of expertise, professional background, and proposed course topics.
This step is non-binding.
2. Qualification
Your application is reviewed for relevance to pharma/life sciences and content applicability. If qualified, you receive access to confidentiality terms and initial platform documentation. Meanwhile, you can explore the platform demo to see how the AIDIFY platform looks inside.
No meeting is required unless you have questions.
3. Acceptance of terms
You accept platform terms and conditions, IP and licensing rules, and collaboration framework. This enables access to the production onboarding.
4. Production onboarding & resources
You select the preferred course delivery model, and you receive access to presentation templates, content guidelines, examples, and best practices.
5. Content preparation
You receive course preparation checklist and then prepare and submit presentation slides, transcript or detailed outline, and additional materials (tests, exercises, references), if applicable.
6. Post-production, QA & final approval
AIDIFY handles video production and editing, AI-assisted processing as well as technical and content QA, You review and approve the final course version
7. Publication, promotion & sales
The course is published on the platform. AIDIFY manages marketing and promotion, distribution across sales models, sales, billing and customer access.
