Job description

For an innovative pharmaceutical company in the Groningen region, we are looking for an Analytical Laboratory Technician (GMP) to support routine and project-based laboratory activities in a regulated environment. This is an on-site, full-time (40 hrs/week) position with Temp-to-Perm intent.

Key responsibilities

Perform routine analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates and/or finished products in line with GMP requirements
Execute and document laboratory work according to SOPs, protocols and quality standards
Prepare samples, reagents and buffers; operate and maintain lab equipment
Review and report results, including GDP-compliant documentation
Support investigations (OOS/OOT), deviations and CAPA activities when needed
Contribute to continuous improvement and good housekeeping (5S)

Requirements

Preferably MBO / HBO (vocational / associate / bachelor) in Chemistry, (Bio)Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences or similar
Demonstrable experience working in a regulated laboratory environment (preference for GLP experience; GMP is a strong plus)
Familiar with accurate documentation, traceability and working according to procedures
Hands-on, quality-minded, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

Nice to have

Experience with one or more analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, titration, Karl Fischer, etc.
Experience with LIMS and/or electronic documentation systems
