Quality assurance of teaching staff

We've implemented a rigorous staff quality assurance process, selecting experts from pharmaceutical, regulatory, and academic fields to design top-tier courses. Our feedback system ensures ongoing staff quality monitoring, driving continuous improvement in education and teaching practices.

Course references

All our courses ensure content reliability, accuracy, and credibility
by including references to all relevant course content. Claims and
statements made by the SME are supported by evidence in the form of references.

Audit trail

AIDIFY platform provides an audit trail tool to allow traceability of all changes in the references and/or courses. An audit trail facilitates the reconstruction of the history of such events relating to the record regardless of its medium, including the 'who, what, when and why' of the action.

System for reviewing and approving of the courses

We have designed mechanisms for reviewing, monitoring, and approving courses to ensure that they are designed according to our quality standards. We cooperate with relevant business associations to ensure the highest quality and compliance with the best industry practices.

Reference control and periodic review of courses

We employ dedicated tools and formal processes for ongoing course review and monitoring, ensuring their relevance and validity. Regular assessments encompass legislative changes, guidelines, regulatory updates, and feedback from end-users and SMEs to drive continuous improvement.

Assessing learning progress

Students are assessed using published criteria and procedures that are applied consistently. Assessment of students is performed by a test started after course completion in order to verify whether the student who completed the course has fulfilled the assigned learning outcomes.
