Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Clinical Trial Management - Full-Service to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will provide leadership across full-service clinical trial management, with a focus on driving quality, consistency, and operational performance across studies. The Associate Director will guide Clinical Trial Managers, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure monitoring strategies are executed effectively. This position also supports financial review activities and uses performance insights to strengthen compliance and deliverables.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Clinical Trial Managers to ensure quality deliverables
- Develop and implement risk-based monitoring strategies for clinical studies
- Analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance and quality expectations
- Serve as the primary contact for monitoring strategy with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in financial reviews to drive project performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field; Master's preferred
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice/ICH E6 (R2) Guidelines
- Experience with Risk-Based Monitoring Strategies and tools
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistical concepts
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities
