Job description
Role Overview: A bilingual registered dietitian is responsible for delivering remote nutrition assessments and counseling via telehealth for clinical trial patients with complex and rare conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized nutritional assessments and develop care plans through telehealth platforms
- Provide dietary counseling, education, and support to patients and their families
- Monitor nutritional progress and medication adherence in research participants
- Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and study-related activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Credentialed Registered Dietitian with current registration
- Active, unrestricted state licensure (excluding specified states)
- At least one year of experience in nutrition planning and patient coaching
- Experience with telehealth or remote care delivery
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Preferably experienced with obesity, diabetes, and managing patients on GLP-1 therapies
