Trainer focus areas for training delivery will be aligned with business needs and individual experience.
  • Facility and Equipment Oversight: Support the daily operation and maintenance of the pilot scale production and laboratory equipment. Collaborate with the Facilities and Technician teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain essential documentation, including SOPs, batch records, project proposals, and technical reports, to support training and operational activities.
  • Customised Client Training: Develop and deliver tailored training programs for corporate clients, delivered online, onsite or at client locations as required.
  • Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness using a variety of evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • A PhD or MSc in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Life Sciences, Biopharmaceutical Processing, or Engineering), or a BSc in a related field combined with significant experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth practical expertise in one or several areas of bioprocessing (e.g. Upstream, Downstream, Fill Finish, ATMP/CGT, Quality/Regulations, CQV) is a core requirement for this role.
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual, capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced training team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, are essential for engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
