Job description

Graduate Opportunity | Life Sciences, Medical Technology & Scientific Communication

Central London | UK & Northern Europe

RegenLab UK Ltd is exploring an exciting early-career opportunity for a life-sciences graduate interested in the intersection of biology, medical technology, professional education and scientific communication.

The proposed Junior Product & Scientific Community Specialist role offers a rare opportunity to develop at the crossroads of:

  • Autologous regenerative technologies
  • Medical-device platforms
  • Professional and clinical education
  • Scientific communication
  • Healthcare-community engagement
  • Customer implementation and support

This is not a traditional laboratory or office-based graduate role.

Instead, it is designed for someone who wants to understand how scientific innovation becomes real-world healthcare practice through technology, education, communication and professional relationships.

Why this opportunity is different

RegenLab is a Swiss medical-technology company specialising in point-of-care systems for the preparation of autologous biologics. Its platform focuses on standardisation, reproducibility, traceability and documented preparation pathways, helping healthcare professionals move beyond generic discussions of PRP towards clearly defined technologies and preparation identities.

For an ambitious graduate, this provides exposure to:

  • Biology and regenerative medicine
  • Medical devices and healthcare innovation
  • Product education and training
  • Scientific and professional communications
  • Events, workshops and congresses
  • Cross-functional collaboration across commercial, operational, quality and scientific teams

The successful candidate will progressively develop expertise in a technology platform spanning platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet-derived signalling, fibrin architectures, and matrix-based regenerative approaches, while learning how different therapeutic communities interpret and apply these concepts.

What you would do

The role combines science, communication and professional engagement.

Responsibilities are expected to include:

  • Building deep knowledge of the RegenLab technology platform and product portfolio.
  • Supporting product demonstrations, workshops and professional education programmes.
  • Translating complex scientific and technical concepts into clear educational resources and professional content.
  • Supporting clinicians and healthcare professionals with accurate product and platform information.
  • Coordinating scientific meetings, events and congress activities.
  • Contributing to professional communities and educational networks.
  • Capturing field insights and customer feedback to improve educational and implementation programmes.
  • Working closely with colleagues across commercial, quality, operational and scientific functions.

A uniquely cross-therapeutic perspective

The role offers exposure to multiple healthcare disciplines, including:

  • Dermal aesthetics
  • Hair restoration
  • Musculoskeletal medicine
  • Women's health
  • Men's health
  • Urology
  • Sexual medicine

This provides an exceptional opportunity to understand how common biological principles can be applied across different medical environments whilst appreciating the importance of evidence, governance and indication-specific clinical practice.

Location, scope and travel

📍 Home base: Central London (hybrid working environment)

🌍 Geographic scope: United Kingdom and Northern Europe

✈️ Travel requirement: High

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys travelling, meeting new people and working in different professional environments.

The successful candidate should be comfortable:

  • Travelling frequently throughout the UK.
  • Periodically travelling across Northern Europe.
  • Attending congresses, workshops and scientific meetings.
  • Visiting clinics, hospitals, training centres and partner organisations.
  • Managing a dynamic schedule involving events, customer visits and educational programmes.

We are looking for someone energised by mobility, professional interaction and continuous learning rather than a predominantly desk-based role.

Who could thrive in this position?

We would particularly welcome interest from graduates in:

  • Biology
  • Biomedical Sciences
  • Biotechnology
  • Biochemistry
  • Human Biology
  • Molecular Biology
  • Cellular Biology
  • Related life-science disciplines

The ideal candidate is scientifically curious, highly organised, an excellent communicator and comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals, academics and industry stakeholders.

Most importantly, they are excited by the opportunity to grow into a trusted specialist capable of connecting science, technology, education and people.

The full vacancy and employment package are being finalised.

At this stage, I would be delighted to connect with university careers teams, life-sciences departments, alumni networks and graduate-employer channels who may be able to help route this opportunity to suitable candidates.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you can help connect us with the right audience.
