If you're a strategic sales professional with a strong commercial drive and a passion for winning new business and developing long-term partnerships in the Data Center and Pharmaceutical sectors across Belgium and the Netherlands, this is the opportunity for you.
What you’ll do
- Win new business: Identify, target, and secure new customers and projects
- Grow key accounts: Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Drive revenue: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Shape solutions: Deliver tailored, technically sound and profitable offers
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with sales, technical, finance, and marketing teams
What you bring
- Proven experience in business development for Data Centers, Industry or Pharma
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles
- Solid technical understanding (HVAC, engineering or industrial solutions is a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics 365)
- Fluency in Dutch and English - French is a plus
