With over 100 years of combined life science recruitment experience and an advisory board of scientific industry experts, we partner with clients across Pharma, CROs, TechBio, and CDMOs, among others.
Backed by life science investors who believe in our mission, we work with some of the most innovative biotech companies and leading life science VCs to support company growth and portfolio expansion.
Since our launch in January 2024, we've grown to a team of 50 globally, with offices across London, Basil and generated 6M in Q3 alone.
We're hiring another 20 people this year for experienced 360 Consultants to join our London team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a desk within a fast-growing, well-funded business, with direct access to some of the most exciting biotech and life science companies globally.
The role:
- Full 360 recruitment across perm placements within the life sciences market
- Building and owning your own desk, from business development through to placement
- Partnering with biotech, pharma, CRO, TechBio and CDMO clients
- Working closely with leadership to help shape and grow the UK/EU desk.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within life sciences
- Experience working the UK/EU market (highly desirable)
- A track record of billing and hitting targets consistently
- Self-motivated, with the drive to build and grow a desk
