A hospital group's shared back-office team, covering four of its units, hiring for its clinical operations team. The team supports four hospitals, so requests arrive from many directions at once. The job in short
The associate monitors trial sites, checks that studies follow the protocol and good clinical practice, and keeps data and records reliable. The hospitals host investigator-led and sponsored studies, and the associate supports their site teams.
What the associate handles
- Carry out site initiation, monitoring and close-out activities as assigned
- Verify data against source documents and resolve queries
- Check compliance with the protocol, ICH-GCP and local regulations
- Review informed-consent and safety-reporting processes
- Maintain trial master file documents and site files
- Write monitoring visit reports and follow up on actions
- Support investigators and site staff with training and questions
Background we need
- 2 to 6 years in clinical trial monitoring or clinical operations
- Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy or medicine
- Experience in clinical monitoring or clinical operations
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and Indian clinical-trial regulations
- Careful documentation and good attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to sites
Additional strengths
- Experience with an eTMF or EDC system
- Therapeutic experience in oncology, cardiology or diabetes
- Formal GCP certification
