Job description
We are seeking experienced Ophthalmology Senior CRAs & CRA 1/2 to lead and support clinical trial monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing all aspects of site monitoring, including routine visits, site close-out, study file maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
- Ensuring protocol adherence, patient safety, and data integrity through source document review and regulatory compliance.
- Performing feasibility assessments, SAE reporting, and data review on electronic systems.
- Training staff and coordinating clinical projects, acting as a local contact as needed.
- Supporting study site management and ensuring proper study conduct per project plans.
Qualifications And Skills
- University degree or relevant health profession certification.
- 1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities.
- Proficiency with electronic data collection tools.
This role involves significant travel, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a technology-driven setting.
