We are launching a multi-country Real-World Evidence generation project across Croatia, Ireland ,Poland, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary. And for each of these markets, we need one autonomous specialist to be our eyes, ears, and regulatory compass on the ground.

🎯 Who You Are

You are not looking for a rigid 9-to-5. You are looking for a stage.

• 3–5 years in clinical research, regulatory affairs, or RWE — you have earned your stripes and you are ready to fly solo
• A proven track record of direct, successful engagement with your national regulatory authority and ethics committees (Depending on the country : HALMED, URPL, ALIMS, SÚKL, ŠÚKL, OGYÉI, or equivalent)
• You know the shortcuts and the pitfalls of your local system — because you have navigated them before
• Fluency in your local language and confident English for cross-border collaboration
• Experience with observational studies, patient registries, or non-interventional trials is a strong advantage
• A degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field

Most importantly: you are self-directed. You do not need hand-holding. You need a goal and the freedom to reach it.

⚡ What You Will Own

This is a part-time, project-based role — but the ownership is full-time.

• Be the Regulatory Face of Poseidon CRO in your country. You are our primary liaison with authorities and ethics committees.
• Drive Submissions & Approvals — from preparation to follow-up, you own the timeline and the outcome.
• Guard Compliance — navigate local GDPR, health data privacy, and pharmacovigilance requirements with authority.
• Spot Risks Before They Land — your early warnings keep the project on course.
• Bridge Local & Global — align site teams, investigators, and investigators with our centralized strategy, translating between worlds.
• Build the Playbook — your insights will shape how Poseidon CRO operates in your market for years to come.
