  • Provide administrative and coordination support to clinical study teams and project managers.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers and other cross-functional partners across the organisation.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented student who is interested in clinical research, healthcare or medical technology and keen to develop practical experience.

Qualifications

  • A minimum 2:1 achieved in your first year of study.

You’ll Also Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to work accurately.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in clinical research or administrative support and/or a clinical or medical background would be an advantage, but is not essential.

What You’ll Gain

You’ll gain practical exposure to clinical study operations, clinical documentation, TMF/eTMF management and clinical trial systems, while developing valuable skills in coordination, stakeholder collaboration and project support.

The role is based in Leeds, UK, with flexibility to work remotely. Onsite working is preferred and may be required depending on business needs.
