Job description
Accession Therapeutics Limited, a vibrant, early-phase biotechnology company based in Oxford, is looking for a Clinical Study Manager to assist with the set up, management and delivery of the company’s clinical trials in compliance with study protocols and GCP and regulatory standards.
You will join a small Clinical Operations team, working closely with the Chief Development Officer, Medical Director, and Quality, CMC and Translational Medicine teams. This role is primarily office-based in Oxford, with some UK and international travel required for site engagement and study oversight activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
- Day-to-day management of CROs and third-party vendors;
- Site engagement and oversight to support trial delivery, recruitment and data integrity;
- Oversight of enrolment and site performance;
- Conducting co-monitoring and site engagement visits as required;
- Maintenance and management of clinical trial and quality documentation;
- Supporting data management, pharmacovigilance and other cross-functional study activities;
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support successful study delivery.
CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
- Good educational background; at least 3+ years’ experience working in a study management role;
- Experience of overseeing CRO and vendor performance;
- Strong site management, site engagement and monitoring experience;
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience of data management or pharmacovigilance (preferred);
- Biotech experience (preferred);
- Experience of early-phase oncology and ATMP (preferred).
