We’re partnering with a growing Immunology & Inflammation biotech to find a Clinical Trial Associate to join their team remotely!
This is a great opportunity for someone with clinical trial support experience who enjoys working in a lean biotech environment and wants to play an important role in keeping clinical studies organized, on track, and inspection ready.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative and operational support to Clinical Trial Managers and clinical leadership
- Support TMF oversight, including QC, completeness, accuracy, and ongoing document maintenance
- Review and track invoices, maintain action items, and take meeting minutes
- Proactively identify and flag TMF gaps or issues
- Help ensure study documentation and day to day trial activities stay organized and on track
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 4 years of clinical trial experience, ideally within biotech or a smaller, fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of TMF management and clinical trial documentation
- Experience with Veeva eTMF is a plus
- Exposure to clinical study startup is preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks
CRO experience is welcome for candidates looking to transition to the sponsor side, provided they have a solid understanding of TMF processes and clinical trial operations.
