Clinical Project Manager (Part Time, Fully Remote, Australia)
A growing boutique CRO specialising in Phase I to III clinical trials across Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join its collaborative team. This is a fully home based, part time role (3 to 4 days per week, flexible) open to candidates anywhere in Australia, paying AUD $65 to $72 per hour. You’ll independently lead trials from startup through closeout while working directly with sponsors on interesting early phase studies.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage clinical trials from study startup through closeout.
- Oversee study timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Lead cross functional teams and coordinate vendors and clinical sites.
- Proactively manage study risks and ensure ICH GCP compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical project management experience, preferably within a CRO.
- Experience managing clinical trials in Australia and/or New Zealand.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sponsor relationships.
- Early phase clinical trial experience is highly desirable.
- Must be based in Australia.
