We’re Hiring | Clinical Project Manager
📍 Location: Australia-wide (Fully Remote / Home-Based)
🕒 Employment: Part-time (3–4 days per week, flexible)
Complete Phase CRO is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team.
We’re a boutique Australian CRO specialising in Phase I–III clinical trials across Australia and New Zealand, with a collaborative and hands-on approach to clinical research.
About the Role
- Independently manage clinical trials from start-up through to close-out.
- Oversee study timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Act as the primary contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors and clinical sites.
- Proactively manage study risks and ensure ICH-GCP compliance.
About You
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical project management experience, preferably within a CRO.
- Experience managing clinical trials in Australia and/or New Zealand.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sponsor relationships.
- Early-phase clinical trial experience is highly desirable.
