Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will oversee the planning and execution of clinical studies from start to finish, with a strong focus on timelines, budgets, and study deliverables. You will partner closely with cross-functional internal teams, investigators, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep trials moving forward and aligned with protocol requirements. Success in this role will depend on strong regulatory awareness, sound decision-making, and the ability to manage complex study activities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trial protocols
- Build and maintain relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
- Problem-solve and make decisions regarding trial design and vendor selection
Qualifications
- University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent education/experience
- Proven ability to drive clinical study deliverables
- Expertise in the designated therapeutic area
- Prior monitoring experience preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
