At Diagnuvo Health, we're building something ambitious: real-time clinical intelligence infrastructure for Emergency Departments, designed to recognize patient deterioration earlier, support clinical decisions, and help prevent avoidable harm.

Our flagship platform, Diagnuvo ED®, combines multimodal AI, clinical intelligence and safety-focused engineering to support clinicians when every second matters.

We're making meaningful progress:

• Supported through technology and startup programmes involving NVIDIA Inception, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Lambda, E2B and GitHub and many more.
• Secured a Letter of Intent from a major NHS research hospital.
• In active discussions with two additional NHS research institutions.
• Advancing towards clinical research pilots and real-world validation.

🔬 Who are we looking for?

A passionate AI Engineer / Clinical AI Data Scientist interested in:

• Machine learning, deep learning and temporal modelling.
• Multimodal clinical data, including EHRs, physiological observations and laboratory results.
• Predictive modelling, model evaluation and explainable AI.
• Building clinically meaningful, safe and reliable AI systems.

Experience in healthcare AI is advantageous, but curiosity, technical competence and a genuine desire to make an impact matter just as much.

💼 Compensation & Commitment

We're an early-stage, pre-seed startup.

Initially: Equity-based engagement, with a flexible, mutually agreed time commitment.

Following successful funding: Equity plus a competitive salary, targeted at market rate or above, subject to the role and funding secured.
