Role: IT Field Support – Pharma Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the functional expert for integrating plant equipment with platforms like Wonderware, Camstar, OSIPI, and Werum.
- Oversee site-level disaster recovery, CMDB, security vulnerabilities, and risk compliance for GTS services.
- Manage local asset planning, purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Ensure 24/7 service desk delivery, including VIP support, access management, and end-user training.
Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will be expertise in IT within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You must have deep functional knowledge of MES systems and the ability to track metrics, analytics, and service level agreements effectively to maintain overall facility IT health.
