GMP Consultant – Life Science Projects

Are you an engineer or quality professional with experience in a GMP environment?
At AGAP2 Switzerland, you’ll support varied GMP projects for leading pharma, biotech and medtech companies—while building a long-term career with one permanent employer.
Depending on your expertise, you may work across engineering, qualification, validation, quality, laboratories, maintenance or operational excellence. You’ll tackle technical challenges, collaborate with client and AGAP2 teams, contribute to project documentation and improvement activities, and grow through exposure to different technologies and environments.
Your potential areas of expertise
- Engineering: process, mechanical, electrical, automation, facilities, equipment, clean and black utilities
- Qualification & Validation: FAT/SAT, commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment, process, cleaning, CIP/SIP and utilities validation
- Quality Assurance: GMP quality systems, deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, batch records and validation QA
- Laboratories: QC operations, LIMS, analytical methods, laboratory equipment and data integrity
- Operational Excellence: Lean management, process improvement, root cause analysis and performance optimization
- Maintenance: preventive and corrective maintenance, CMMS, reliability and troubleshooting
Your assignments may cover different project phases, from design and implementation to qualification, start-up, production, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Degree in engineering, life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: engineering, CQV, QA, QC, laboratories, maintenance, manufacturing, or operational excellence.
- Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in varied environments.
- Fluent in English and in German.
