Job description
Main responsibilities
Working on Novoptim’s client projects in marketing and business development, you will play a key role in executing the marketing strategy.
Marketing support for business development:
- Build prospect lists aligned with targeted client profiles
- Contribute to drafting marketing content
- Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels in line with project roadmaps (email, social media, conferences, etc.)
- Track prospect engagement and update the prospect database
- Help prepare and coordinate in-person and virtual marketing events
- Draft client activity reports
Market research missions:
- Contribute to research plan design
- Identify experts to contact based on client profiles
- Prepare expert lists
- Conduct automated or personalized outreach to schedule interviews via multiple channels
- Participate in interviews
- Gather and compile information on technologies and competitors
- Contribute to data analysis and report writing
Profile:
- Final-year Master’s (Bac+5) internship in biology
- Eager to work at the interface of science and business
- Fluent English
- Highly motivated to grow in a dynamic, demanding environment with high stakes and impact
- Energetic and proactive
- Reliable, strong time and priority management, able to handle multiple projects in parallel

Internship location: hybrid—approximately 3 days per week on site—at Novoptim’s Paris 8th office (34 avenue des Champs-Élysées) and remote.
