Important Details:

• 12-month contract
• London, UK
• £35-£40 an hour on PAYE, inside IR35

Responsibilities include:

• Provide governance and compliance guidance for all interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), and external medical experts.
• Review and advise on scientific engagements, including advisory boards, congresses, speaker programs, and medical events to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Legal, Ethics & Compliance teams to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop and deliver training, guidance, and best practices to ensure consistent governance standards across global teams.
• Monitor engagement activities, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Law, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
• Strong background in Medical Affairs, HCP/HCO engagements, compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
