Job description
Role: Medical Science Liaison / Senior Medical Science Liaison for Northern Germany, specializing in head and neck oncology and solid tumors.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and researchers, facilitating high-quality scientific exchange.
- Provide balanced scientific information on approved and investigational oncology products to healthcare providers.
- Gather insights on emerging data and clinical practices to inform clinical development and strategies.
- Represent the company at medical conferences and support engagement with health technology agencies.
- Support clinical research activities, including site identification, feasibility, and investigator engagement.
- Collaborate on investigator-sponsored trials and assist in local publication planning.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with global objectives.
- Train and educate internal teams on clinical data and products.
- Establish effective cross-functional collaborations internally and externally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree (Pharm D, PhD, MD) or relevant clinical/professional background.
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Affairs or MSL experience, preferably in head & neck oncology, with clinical trial knowledge advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with integrity and patient focus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with product launches and knowledge of compliance regulations (FSA-Kodex, EFPIA, IFPMA).
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in MS Office and business applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively (60%).
