For one of our pharmaceutical clients, we are looking for a Process Engineer to support a global transformation program focused on process standardization and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Map and redesign business processes (current & future state)
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs and Process Owners
- Create process documentation (SOPs, procedures, guidelines)
- Support process implementation and adoption
- Define process KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM or Process Excellence
- Strong process mapping and process improvement experience
- Experience with Visio, ARIS, iGrafx or similar tools
- Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Yellow Belt)
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience working in transformation programs or complex environments
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Pharmaceutical, biotech or other regulated industry experience
- Experience in large transformation programs
- Knowledge of GxP environments
