Job description
We are a company developing nutraceutical and food supplement products, and we are looking for an experienced certified pharmacist in Switzerland to support us on an ongoing basis with regulatory affairs consulting.
This is not a traditional employment offer — we are looking for a consulting partner: a specialist who can advise us on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Advising on Swiss and EU regulatory requirements for food supplements and health products
Product classification and labeling compliance review
Supporting market authorization strategy and submissions
Ongoing regulatory monitoring and guidance
Requirements:
Licensed/certified pharmacist (Eidgenössisches Apothekerdiplom or equivalent)
Familiarity with EU regulations is a plus: as our manufacturing is oriented toward the EU market, knowledge of EFSA requirements, EU Regulation 1924/2006, and related frameworks is highly valued
Practical experience with Swissmedic and FSVO/BLV regulations
Experience working with nutraceutical or OTC products
Ability to work independently; existing consulting practice is a plus
