Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate - Medical Device to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This remote role will focus on monitoring clinical trial sites and ensuring studies are conducted in line with protocol, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support accurate data collection, site performance, and timely issue resolution. It also involves building strong relationships with site personnel and providing guidance that helps keep trials running smoothly.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $110,520 – $138,150 annually
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for adherence to protocols and regulatory standards
- Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate data collection
- Provide training and guidance to site staff and CRAs
- Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science required
- 3-5 years of CRA monitoring experience in CRO/pharma environments
- At least 1 year of medical device monitoring experience preferred; complex pharma experience considered
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
