Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will lead the end-to-end management of clinical trials, from protocol concept through final study report, with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and operational execution. You will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to keep studies on track, support regulatory readiness, and ensure trial documentation remains complete and inspection-ready. The position offers broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to influence study quality practices and continuous improvement across clinical development.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $168,000 – $188,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical trials from protocol concept to study report while adhering to GCP and applicable regulations
- Engage strategically with key stakeholders
- Oversee clinical trial trackers for regulatory documents and study budget
- Contribute to IRB/EC and regulatory submissions
- Ensure TMF completeness and inspection readiness
- Review documentation for compliance with quality requirements
- Identify study risks and implement mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years managing clinical trials in a Sponsor or CRO environment
- Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and international regulations
- Proven experience leading clinical operations teams
- Ability to collaborate across diverse functional areas
