Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution with a strong focus on operational delivery, site coordination, and compliance. You will serve as a key point of contact for trial sites and investigators, helping drive recruitment progress, data quality, and timely study execution. The position also partners closely with internal study teams and external vendors to support successful trial delivery in a HemOnc environment.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication point for trial sites
- Contribute to site selection and feasibility assessments
- Ensure recruitment targets are met with high-quality data
- Engage with investigators and site staff throughout the trial
- Drive compliance by maintaining trial management systems
- Conduct quality local trial team meetings and training
- Manage vendor relationships and local study supplies
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a health or science-related field
- 3-5+ years of trial end-to-end management experience
- HemOnc experience required
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations
- Proficient in English and local language, with strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills in relevant software and company systems
