About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive complex projects in Genmab’s late-stage CMC project organization. You will translate project strategies into integrated plans and coordinate delivery across internal teams and contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs).
Working within Genmab Tech Ops in Denmark, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across CMC, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Supply Chain to advance late-stage programs towards regulatory submission and commercial readiness.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, influence cross-functional decisions and strengthen project management practices through mentoring and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate internal and external activities, including technology transfer, process validation and manufacturing readiness, managing cross-functional dependencies and ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery
- Lead proactive risk management, prioritizing risks and driving mitigation, escalation and resolution. Maintain current plans, dashboards, action and decision logs, and communicate progress and emerging issues
Supplier coordination and regulatory readiness
- Create and oversee statements of work with relevant functions. Manage project budgets and forecasts, track invoices and proactively address variances against agreed scope, costs and timelines
- Coordinate CDMO and other external partner activities, follow up on deliverables and gather stakeholder input on vendor performance. Build effective relationships and resolve issues collaboratively
- Conduct line-of-business reviews of regulatory documentation supporting global submissions. Ensure technical compliance and timely delivery of source documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts and Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure adherence to Genmab’s quality system requirements. Understand the technical implications of supplier quality agreements, flag risks and coordinate follow-up with Quality and relevant functions
Project governance and ways of working
- Represent project management in internal and external forums. Communicate priorities, risks and recommendations, align stakeholders on decisions and ensure agreed actions are documented and followed through
- Use lessons learned to recommend and implement improvements to project management processes, systems and tools, strengthening consistency and operational effectiveness across the organization
- Train, mentor and guide colleagues in project management practices. Share experience and support effective project execution through informal leadership and constructive feedback
Requirements

- At least six years of experience in Tech Ops or a related field within a relevant industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects in a cross-functional environment, preferably within late-stage biologics development, with strong planning, budget and risk management skills
- Proven ability to influence and coordinate multicultural teams and internal and external stakeholders without direct authority
- Solid experience managing CDMOs and contract research organizations, with a strong understanding of intellectual property implications
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP and regulatory documentation requirements, and their application to CMC project delivery.
- Experience implementing process or system improvements, with strong proficiency in project management systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
