Job description
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a well-funded, clinical-stage biotechnology company as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, helping drive execution across a growing global clinical portfolio. With multiple studies underway and significant development milestones ahead, the organization is entering a pivotal phase where operational excellence will directly impact program success.
You'll serve as a key study leader, partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a visible seat at the table without the layers often found in larger organizations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead operational execution of global clinical trials from study start-up through close-out.
- Manage CROs, vendors, timelines, budgets, and study deliverables to ensure successful trial execution.
- Monitor enrollment, site performance, and study metrics while proactively mitigating risks.
- Partner with Clinical Development, Medical, Regulatory, Data Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive accountability and problem-solving to keep studies on track and aligned with key milestones.
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading clinical trials as a CTM, Sr. CTM, or comparable clinical operations professional.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end trial management, including start-up, enrollment, monitoring oversight, and close-out on oncology trials.
- Experience managing global trials specific to the APAC region.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic biotech environment.
What You'll Get
- Base salary of $155,000-$180,000, plus annual bonus and equity.
- Ownership of high-profile studies with visibility to senior leadership.
- Exposure to a diverse and active clinical pipeline with meaningful upcoming milestones.
- A collaborative culture that values innovation, accountability, and execution.
- Strong opportunities for growth as the clinical organization continues to expand.
If you or someone in your network has experience leading global clinical trials and would be interested in learning more, we'd love to connect.
