Our story and project roadmap

In the third quarter of 2019, AIDIFY began participating in an incubation program as part of the Eastern Business Accelerator Platform project. The incubation period was a time of intensive work on developing the company’s idea into a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). During the incubation period at the Eastern Business Accelerator, the work was divided into several stages.

The first phase was the ideation phase, which involved workshops and exercises aimed at creating development scenarios for the company. Based on these scenarios, an individual incubation plan was prepared with milestones that had to be achieved to continue the incubation process.

The second phase was the creation phase, which involved working on the development, verification, and potential modification of the business concept. The team made maximum use of the specialist services designed to create the MVP.

In the final phase, the implementation phase, AIDIFY created relationships within the ecosystem of the Eastern Business Accelerator Platform, especially among representatives of investment funds, accelerators, and large corporations. During the incubation period, AIDIFY developed an innovative subscription-based learning experience platform that uses machine learning to automate and standardize the process of employee development in the pharmaceutical industry. At this stage, AIDIFY secured its first funding from EU funds, which was used to develop the business model, financial model, MVP, and verify the market demand for the product and services offered by AIDIFY.

From the third quarter of 2020, AIDIFY secured additional 1 milion PLN funding under the 1.1.2 Development of Startups in Eastern Poland project, which allowed the company to prepare version 1 of the educational platform and courses on the topics of Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs.
