R&D Partners is seeking a Bioprocessing Scientist to play a key part in supporting the production of high-quality pharmaceutical or biologic products. You will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining sterile conditions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about bioprocessing and contributing to life-changing therapies.

Responsibilities:
- Work in cleanroom environments to ensure sterile manufacturing and prevent contamination.
- Monitor facility performance, environmental conditions, and cleaning activities to maintain compliance and product quality.
- Manage inventory and storage processes, including receiving, stock control, and material release.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for production.
- Identify and document any issues, support improvement initiatives, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Assist with process transfers and scaling up new manufacturing technologies.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific field, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing, ideally with aseptic processing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards, data integrity, and documentation practices.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory work, including sample preparation and testing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
