Job description
The role of a Clinical Research Associate II involves
conducting on-site monitoring for clinical trials across various therapeutic areas such as CNS, cardiovascular, obesity, and NASH/MASH.
Key responsibilities include
- site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits in compliance with GCP and regulatory standards
- building relationships with investigative sites and providing protocol and study-specific training
- monitoring study progress, patient recruitment, enrollment, and data queries
- evaluating site compliance, identifying risks, and preparing monitoring reports
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting patient recruitment and administrative activities.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of independent on-site monitoring experience in CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
