Clinical Research Associate
The clinical operations team runs studies across sites and looks after compliance. It belongs to a global pharmaceutical company building its India hub. The India hub is taking on work that used to sit in other regions, under the parent company's standards. The hub supports studies for the parent company and relies on the associate for clean, inspection-ready sites.
What the team covers
The associate monitors trial sites, checks that studies follow the protocol and good clinical practice, and keeps data and records reliable.
- Check compliance with the protocol, ICH-GCP and local regulations
- Review informed-consent and safety-reporting processes
- Maintain trial master file documents and site files
- Write monitoring visit reports and follow up on actions
How studies are run
The team plans monitoring visits in advance, reports findings within a set time and reviews open issues every week. The company has partnered with Flexiple, a managed marketplace that helps global companies build strong teams in India. The position is in Hyderabad or Mumbai (on-site).
What we look for
- 2 to 6 years in clinical trial monitoring or clinical operations
- Willingness to travel to sites
- Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy or medicine
- Experience in clinical monitoring or clinical operations
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and Indian clinical-trial regulations
