Job description
The role includes coordinating and managing clinical research projects related to clinical supply chain management, ensuring smooth execution of project activities from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments, sponsors, clinical research teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, coordinating clinical trial material requirements, managing supply-related activities, identifying potential project risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable clinical research and regulatory requirements. The candidate will also support project planning, prepare progress reports, resolve operational challenges, and ensure effective communication across teams.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in clinical research, clinical project coordination, or clinical supply chain management.
- Understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical supply chain operations.
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects and managing project timelines.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
