Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This remote role will play a key part in supporting the execution of clinical studies across diverse trial settings. The Clinical Research Associate will help ensure protocol adherence, site readiness, and high-quality monitoring activities while collaborating closely with study teams and investigator sites. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of clinical research programs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and oversight to the CRA team to support project adherence
- Review monitoring visit reports and conduct co-monitoring visits
- Ensure timely investigator site visits and facilitate issue resolution
- Assist in developing study-specific Monitoring Plans and training presentations
- Perform qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out visits, ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain regular contact with study sites to ensure compliance and assess patient accrual
- Conduct audit preparation at study sites as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of monitoring experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or Life Sciences
- Strong command of the local language, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of clinical research, ICH GCP, and local regulations
- Proven ability to manage priorities and solve problems
