Job description
An experienced Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator looking for a flexible, long-term assignment where your expertise can make a direct impact on an important mCRPC study?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to provide ongoing, flexible support to a clinical research site in Ghent, Belgium.
The assignment will support an oncology study focused on metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and would suit an experienced clinical research professional who is comfortable working independently and can quickly integrate into an established site environment.
This is a particularly flexible opportunity, requiring approximately one day of support per month, making it well suited to an experienced freelancer or consultant looking to complement their existing workload with a long-term assignment.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
You will provide hands-on clinical trial support to the site, with responsibilities including:
- Clinical trial data entry and maintenance
- Reviewing and resolving data queries
- Supporting source data verification and data quality activities
- Ensuring clinical trial data is complete, accurate and entered within required timelines
- Reviewing study documentation and identifying discrepancies or missing information
- Working closely with site personnel to resolve outstanding data and documentation issues
- Supporting the site in maintaining high standards of study compliance and data quality
- Providing experienced, independent support with minimal supervision
Key Skills and Requirements:
Given the nature of the assignment and the limited number of hours required each month, we are looking for a senior-level clinical research professional who can operate effectively from the outset.
The successful candidate should have:
- Strong clinical research experience within a site, hospital, CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Previous experience supporting oncology clinical trials
- Strong clinical trial data entry and query resolution experience
- Experience with data verification and clinical trial documentation
- A good understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience specifically within prostate cancer, metastatic disease or mCRPC studies would be particularly valuable.
Salary:
€60.00 - €70.00/Hour
