Job description
Company Description NSC-Therapeutics is a life science company based in Austria, specializing in the planning, execution, and evaluation of clinical and preclinical research projects. NSC-Therapeutics offers a multidisciplinary environment where scientific rigor, quality, and regulatory compliance are central to daily work. Team members benefit from working in cross-functional settings that combine clinical expertise with data-driven methodologies.
Role Description The Clinical Trial Assistant and Clinical Trial Manager roles are full-time hybrid positions based in Austria, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home activities. The Clinical Trial Assistant supports the coordination of clinical studies by maintaining the Trial Master File, organizing study documentation, assisting with ethics submissions, scheduling meetings, and tracking study timelines and milestones. The Clinical Trial Manager oversees the planning and operational conduct of clinical trials, including site selection and initiation, monitoring study progress, managing vendors and budgets, and ensuring adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Both roles collaborate closely with investigators, study coordinators, and internal project teams, contribute to the development and review of study documents, and prepare status reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Daily work involves structured communication, documentation management, and problem-solving to keep trials on schedule and in compliance.
