Job description
Role Description The Clinical Trial Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The coordinator will support the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and institutional policies. Daily responsibilities include managing trial documentation, maintaining participant records, coordinating study visits, and assisting with informed consent processes. The role also involves communication with investigators, sponsors, and site staff; tracking project timelines and milestones; and helping prepare reports, presentations, and training materials related to clinical research. The coordinator will contribute to quality assurance activities and continuous improvement of trial processes within Proxima Skills Academy’s clinical training and project ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with investigators, sponsors, participants, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Protocol and Clinical Trials skills to ensure accurate implementation of study designs, regulatory compliance, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to support data collection, documentation, analysis assistance, and preparation of trial-related reports.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, monitor timelines, manage trial logistics, and maintain organized study documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; prior exposure to clinical research or internships in trials; and familiarity with ethical and regulatory frameworks are beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively on-site, proficiency with basic office and data management tools, and a strong commitment to participant safety and data integrity are highly valued.
