Clinical Trial Manager
Join a clinical-stage biotech at an exciting stage of growth, where you'll take ownership of complex clinical programs and work directly with senior leadership to help bring innovative therapies to patients with significant unmet needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead global clinical trials from start-up through closeout
- Oversee CROs, vendors, timelines, budgets, and study execution
- Drive study milestones while ensuring quality, compliance, and inspection readiness
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and external stakeholders
- Mentor and support Clinical Operations team members
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of clinical trial management experience
- 2+ years of leadership or people management experience
- Strong CRO oversight and vendor management expertise
- Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical operations best practices
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments
