Job description
I’m partnering with a clinical-stage biotech to find experienced CRAs in SPAIN and GERMANY to support their ongoing clinical development programmes.
Respiratory trial experience is a strong plus, but CRAs from adjacent therapeutic areas with transferable monitoring experience are very welcome to apply.
📍 Remote, field-based with regular site travel
🇪🇸 Spain: 1.0 FTE
🇩🇪 Germany: 0.4 FTE, increasing to 1.0 FTE in the new year
📄 Contract
✈️ Approx. 5–7 monitoring visits per month
The role
- Independently manage your own portfolio of investigational sites
- Conduct qualification, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits in line with ICH-GCP
- Carry out SDV and protocol compliance checks, and escalate deviations and risks
- Act as the main point of contact for investigators and site staff
- Work closely with CTMs, CPMs and cross-functional study teams
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a CRA in a pharma, biotech or CRO setting
- A track record of independent on-site monitoring across the full study lifecycle
- Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP
- Comfort juggling multiple sites and competing priorities
- Based in Spain or Germany, with fluent local language skills
- Flexibility to travel regularly to sites
Nice to have
- Respiratory or adjacent TA experience
- Sponsor-side monitoring experience
- Experience on complex, multicentre trials
