we are hiring Factory Automation Programme Manager (Manufacturing Systems - Consumer Health OR FMCG OR Pharmaceuticals)
Location : Remote
- Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager with a proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder programmes and taking initiatives from pilot stage to global deployment.
- Prior expertise Manufacturing and production environments, ideally within Consumer Health, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals, with strong exposure to factory scale-up operations.
- End-to-end industrial automation, production and high-speed packaging line integration, operational equipment data harvesting, and global standardisation /scaling across international sites.
- Ability to adapt global manufacturing standards to local/regional regulatory, market, and equipment variations (particularly across major markets like the US and China).
- Industrial Edge / Edge Computing platforms (specifically Siemens One Connect or equivalent), Operational Technology (OT) connectivity, shop-floor data analytics, and optionally Robotics/Cobotics.
- Background or familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Operational Excellence frameworks to optimise equipment performance and OEE.
