Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Global Quality Assurance Auditor, Pharmacovigilance to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will focus on quality assurance oversight within pharmacovigilance, supporting audit readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement across global pharmaceutical operations. You will partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to help strengthen quality systems and address risk in a highly regulated environment. The position blends audit execution, remediation follow-through, and analytical insight to improve processes, support inspections, and reinforce quality standards across the business.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $102,320 – $153,480 annually
Responsibilities
- Support internal and external audits for Quality Risk Assessment (QRA)
- Ensure timely remediation of identified deficiencies
- Conduct risk analysis of systems and processes
- Assist in regulatory inspections and customer audits as a QA expert
- Perform trend analysis of audit data for stakeholders
- Oversee vendor qualification and surveillance activities
- Participate in quality management system improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
- 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Previous auditing experience required
- Experience interfacing with global regulatory agencies
- Strong understanding of GPvP, cGMP, and GDP
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
