US Pharmacovigilance Lead
Already responsible for US pharmacovigilance and curious about what you could build next?
We’re partnering with a growing immunology biotech looking for someone to strengthen and further develop PV for its US affiliate.
You know how to connect local responsibilities with a global safety organization. You build trust with business stakeholders, take ownership and bring ideas that improve how things work.
What you’ll do
- Own US affiliate PV oversight, local procedures, compliance and inspection readiness.
- Be the PV partner to US leadership, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Quality and Legal.
- Review US safety deliverables, including PADERs, and contribute to US labeling, FDA responses and post-authorization requirements.
- Turn improvement ideas into practical changes across processes, digital tools and collaboration.
What matters
You have held meaningful accountability for US or North American PV, perhaps as a US PV Lead, Local Safety Officer, Country Safety Lead or Regional PV Lead.
You can bring people together without formal authority, challenge constructively and stay hands-on.

Indicative base salary: $192,000–$264,000, plus performance bonus and long-term incentives.
