Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate - Cardiovascular (Bilingual-English/Spanish) (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will support cardiovascular clinical trials by building strong partnerships with research sites and helping ensure studies are executed consistently across all phases. The position requires close coordination with sponsor and study team partners to drive site readiness, maintain compliance, and support high-quality trial conduct in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will bring bilingual communication skills, strong site management experience, and a solid understanding of clinical trial standards. This is a remote opportunity with meaningful impact on trial execution and patient recruitment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $129,000 – $203,100 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with clinical trial sites throughout all phases of the study.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, sponsor SOPs, and local regulations during site management activities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of study protocols and related procedures.
- Coordinate tasks with other sponsor roles to achieve site readiness.
- Conduct site visits and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and findings.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline with 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in site management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 4 years of direct site management experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
- Strong understanding of ICH/GCP and local regulations related to clinical trials.
- Proven skills in site management and patient recruitment.
