Yes, most of our courses are accredited by either PTBFarm (Polish Society of Pharmacovigilance, https://ptbfarm.pl/en/) or GCP.pl (Polish Association for Good Clinical Practice, https://www.gcppl.org.pl/). The information on whether a particular course is accredited is visible on both the store pages and in the course details on the AIDIFY Platform. This accreditation is valid worldwide, however, please note that we cannot guarantee that every organization or institution will recognize it or take it into account, as acceptance criteria may vary. 

Our courses are regularly updated to reflect the ever-changing legal landscape. During the updates the knowledge required to possess a certain competence, connected to the updated course, changes and hence a competence once assigned to user is now outdated. An outdated competence must be again verified using the manual competence test method – this updated test will only choose test questions related to changes. However, if you fail to re-verify an outdated competence after another course update is released, you will need to complete a full manual competence test to once again set this competence to verified.  

The AIDIFY Platform keeps track of the percentage of course videos the user has actually seen. This monitoring is continuous and determines whether a user can be qualified for the final test, which passing is required to obtain the course certificate. 

Course details view contains information on a course, including lecturer, duration, experience level or language. It also provides more detailed information, such as the linked competence level, its learning outcomes, course about, as well as platform course statistics, course reviews, average rating or related job positions and career paths. 

The AIDIFY Platform uses a comprehensive system design to mimic the skill structure required to perform duties. 

This system is composed of competences – learnable skills, with multiple levels of demonstrable learning outcomes. Each course is connected to a single competence. The other side of the system is composed of job positions – a set of standard industry roles, each assigned required and recommended set of competences. There are also career paths, which are sets of job positions grouped for career advancement. 

Every competence can be verified – meaning the user has either completed a course connected to it or verified it by completing the test. Otherwise, it will be counted as unverified. 

The duration of the course is visible on both its store page and in course details on the Platform. Typically, a course takes about 60 minutes to finish. 

Nearly all of our courses have complementary Polish audio tracks, as well as Polish subtitles. However, the platform itself and the course test questions are still in English. 

Each course is finalized by a set of test questions, which check the users understanding of the course material and are conditional to generating final course certificate. Each test run draws one question per unit from the total question pool and tests have a 80% passing rate. 

The test summary, displayed after every completed test, shows your test statistics grouped by units, as well as showing results of individual questions. From this view you will also be able to trigger test reset. 

Initial test can be started during the registration process. When you select all your current competences during the second phase of registration you are can start the initial competence test to confirm your knowledge of these topics. The completion of the test is equivalent to passing the course related to this competence, and the competences will be set as verified. 

You can always trigger a manual test for any competence to confirm your knowledge of the topic and verify it. To do so, go to user competences and choose your desired competence level as already possessed. After saving, a new icon will appear on the competence’s tile – this icon allows you to trigger the manual competence test. The passing rate for manual test is 90%. 

If you failed a competence test you can always reset it to try again. If you make mistakes in more than half units, you will need to repeat the whole test. Otherwise, you will only need to repeat the units you failed. During the repeat a new set of questions is chosen from the question pool for you to answer. If you have failed the test three times, to ensure your proper understanding of the subject matter, you will need to rewatch videos for all the failed units before you will be able to take the test again. 

The student homepage is the main entry page for AIDIFY Platform Experience. In this view first you can see the top carousel with various courses, followed by smaller, thematic carousels below. These carousels include: 

– Most urgent courses – these are courses, which you should focus on due to upcoming deadlines for completion set by your manager 

– Continue watching – these are courses that you have already started, but haven’t finished yet 

– Focus on your development – courses relevant to your IDP, as well as competences you have set as desired 

– Most popular ones – courses most often watched by other users of the Platform 

– New on platform – recently added resources. 

Next, you can see a banner motivating you to create your own Individual Development Plan.  

After that, there is a carousel with all AIDIFY’s lecturer. You click on the three dots button to see their details, as well as clicking on the in button to visit their LinkedIn profile. 

Lastly, there is a form to submit a request for a topic not yet available on the Platform. 

The language options can be changed directly in the course view page, using controls embedded in the video player. It’s possible to change, where available, the audio language, the subtitle language, as well as check the transcript or change video playback speed. 

Your certificates for courses and collections that you have successfully finished are available in Menu (the one with your profile image, second from right)->My Profile->Certificates tab. You can download them individually, or select any number and download in bulk. 

User learning report can be viewed from the Student context. First, go to Menu->My profile, then click on an icon representing statistics near your name, the second rightmost icon there. 

2FA can be enabled from settings. Click on Menu (the one with your profile image, second from right), choose settings and you will be able to set up 2FA there. 

Password can be changed from settings. Click on Menu (the one with your profile image, second from right), choose settings and you will be able to change your password there. 

If you forgot your password, it is possible to request a reset link sent to your email. To do so, click ‘Forgot password?’ at the AIDIFY Platform login page. 

You can edit your profile data in Menu->My profile page – click on the pen and paper icon, the first one appearing near your name. 

A context is a mechanism to determine the role of the user on the AIDIFY Platform. There are three user contexts – student, team lead and organisation administrator. The student context allows the user to access all learning resources and mechanisms. The team lead allows users to manage their respective teams, such as view learning statistics of team members, or control their membership, whilst the organisation administrator pertains to managing the entire organisation – such as managing payments, licenses, creating reports, etc. 

Changing contexts is only available if you are assigned more than just one role – for instance, a student and a team lead one. To do so, click on green selector in the top middle of the screen. A popup with available contexts will appear – each with a type and the name of the team or organisation. On the bottom you will see number of unread notifications for each of the contexts. 

Privacy is a paramount feature of the AIDIFY Platform. The privacy of your profile is fully customizable – to change the settings go to Menu->Settings. On the right side of the page you will see a table with rows showing type of data, whilst columns show roles that the data will be presented to. For instance, if you choose ‘Profile image’ -> ‘Public’, all users on the platform will be able to see your profile photo. On the other hand, if you choose ‘Competencs‘ -> ‘Manager’, that means only your manager will see your competences visible in your profile page. Conversely, team means visibility only within the team, and organisation within your organisation. 

AIDIFY Platform has a customizable notification system, that enables users to be messaged only on topics directly relevant to them. There are many types of notifications, and they are visible in the rightmost, bell button in the top menu. In this popup you can see the title of the notification, its details, as well as time it was added. Furthermore, you can click on ‘Show all’ button to be transferred to a dedicated view with all your notifications. Note – notifications are context specific, for instance your student context will not show any notifications regarding expiring licenses within your organisation. This was designed to reduce distractions for users with multiple roles on the platform. 

You can also edit the notification settings from within the notification view, or by clicking the gear icon on the notifications popup. This will show another popup, where you can specify the desired channel of notification for each of the many notification types. You can specify to receive a notification either on the web app, or by email.  

Yes, we offer a full subscription license. This type of license includes more than 90 courses with access for one year for one person.

Organisation is the primary logical grouping unit on the AIDIFY Platform. Each organisation has one or more administrators – users with special access that allows them to  view the organisation report, manage the organisation licenses, and to generally govern their companies’ access and activity on the Platform. Organisation can be divided into teams, another logical grouping unit, each having their own manager, who also has more access to management of their team members. 

Your organisation can be managed from the Administrator context. After choosing this context you will have access to several organisation-specific views, such as: 

– My organisation – you can see statistics, your employee details, team list, certificates obtained by your employees, badges, rewards and endorsements they have obtained. 

– Organisation licenses – you can see all your licenses, their details and assigned users. 

– Organisation learning report – you can detailed statistics on how your employees have used the platform, which courses and how they passed, etc. 

All your organisation licenses are visible in the ‘My licenses’ view – with Administator context, click on Menu->Organization licenses. In this view you can see all organisation licenses, along with their details, the assigned user, the user’s learning statistics to determine the usefulness of their attached license, as well as actions – you can unassing a license, but also attach it to an existing user within your organisation, but also invite and attach the license for users without an account on the AIDIFY Platform. 

Organisation learning report can be viewed from the Administrator context. Go to Menu->Organisation Report. In this view you can choose several tabs – Competences, Courses, Instructors and Competitions – to check valuable information for each. Alternatively, you can also go to Menu->My organisation, then click on ‘View more’ button. 

An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a structured, collaborative document or roadmap that maps out an employee’s career goals, identifies necessary skills, and outlines action steps for professional growth. It helps bridge skill gaps, fosters career progression, and aligns individual career aspirations with organizational needs, often through annual reviews with managers. 

On AIDIFY Platform, the IDPs are created in the student context in Menu->My IDPs. In this view you can see all your historical IDPs, edit existing ones, but you can also add a new one by clicking ‘Add’ button. An IDP consists of two parts – in the first part you choose your career path, your current job position, your next job position and a desired future job position. The chart on the right shows you the entire career path and how you are currently positioned in it. The second part is the learning plan – a list of courses, based on the details you entered in the first view, that you edit, as well as the start date, the number of minutes you plan to spend on learning daily, and any days free of learning selectable in the calendar. Using this information the platform calculates an optimal plan for your learning, with start and end dates for each of the courses, which can be additionally edited, that results in a structured learning plan that you, or your manager, can objectively track.

Our certificates are valid for a lifetime. Please note, however, that each certificate is issued for a specific version of a course. 

One of the key strengths of the AIDIFY platform is that we continuously monitor changes in regulations. Thanks to our comprehensive reference and tracking system, we can precisely identify which courses require content updates. If a course is significantly revised, a new version is released on the platform, and users who hold a license for the previous version at the time of publication automatically receive access to the updated version as well. 

Importantly, our courses are structured into individual units, and in most cases only selected units require updates. To obtain a certificate for the updated version of a course, learners only need to complete and pass the assessment covering the modified units — there’s no need to retake the entire course. 

Yes, it is possible to finish all courses in a programme in shorter time. The only limitation here is the free time of the user.

Yes, it is possible to pay in Polish Złoty, as well as Euro. You can choose your desired currency from a checkbox during adding the course to the cart. 

The platform access is granted immediately after processing the payments. You can start learning right away. 

In order to start learning, you need to login onto the AIDIFY Platform at https://aidify.eu/. NOTE – this is different site from our shop at https://join.aidify.eu/ 

Token allows you to enroll in a single course. To do so, click on ‘Buy‘ button on the specific course details page. For B2C users, tokens are automatically added to your account after purchase is complete. For B2B users, tokens are assigned to your account by your manager. 

AIDIFY provides search support services for its users. To enroll, simply message us at contact@aidify.eu with your LinkedIn details and we will post your details on our LinkedIn profile. We are also working on a detailed job marketplace, which will help both the employees and employers find themselves via the AIDIFY Platform. 

The Platform AI Assistant is ready to be launched by clicking on the chatbot button at the bottom right. This chat window allows you to converse with our AI, on three main topics: 

– Questions about courses by their learning area – You can choose a learning area to ask a specific, course-related question. The AI Assistant will use the course materials to answer the questions, and it will link the particular course and unit where this information was taken from. That way you can identify which course you need to complete to obtain the relevant knowledge. 

– Questions about legal references – You can choose either legislations or guidelines to ask a specific question related to the legal documents, on which the courses are based. The AI Assistant will use the Platform reference database to answer the question, and it will also provide a link to the source document, along with particular page from which the information was taken from. 

– Questions about platform use – This part will allow you to ask questions about functioning of the platform, this FAQ, and other Platform documentation. 

Please note that although our AI Assistant is free of the typical AI hallucination problems and we have a dedicated team to improve its efficiency, its answers might not be fully accurate. Please refer to the particular source documentation provided by the AI Assistant to validate the answers to your questions. 

The AIDIFY Platform uses sophisticated machine learning algorithms to determine suitable courses for a user, using user’s own data, as well as comparison with other platform users, their experience and course choices. This recommendation is shown in the ‘Recommended for you’ carousel in the User Homepage.

Reviews are an integral part of a well-designed learning experience and a valuable tool for student assessment. Every user is able to add a review for an instructor or for a course – to do so, go to Instructor or Course details pages, and scroll down where you will find the relevant button. 

Gamification is a feature of AIDIFY Platform, which aids in learning by providing incentives using digital badges and titles. To check your gamification progress, go to Menu->My Profile and choose Badges tab. There is also another tab for rewards, that is special gifts given by your manager for particular achievements, as well as endorsements, which are accolades given for your work by your coworkers. 

The platform search bar, visible at the top left of the page, allows you to search the entire platform – including courses, competences, career paths, jobs positions or instructors. The results are sorted by relevance, with the most relevant ones shown at the top. You can also click ‘See all results’ to transfer to a dedicated search view, which includes filtering, as well as more results than displayed in the search popup. 

Learning events are occasions related to the pharma industry that complement the AIDIFY Platform. Such occasions may consists of conferences, lectures, and other events related to the industry. Learning events often provide discounts and rebates available for AIDIFY users, as well as providing detailed information on the events. 

Regulatory intelligence is a collection of important and interesting changes in law, regulations, legislation, as well as information on future changes in the direction of pharma research and industry. This view provides a list of AIDIFY-curated RI content that may be relevant for AIDIFY users.
