The processing of personal data of natural persons is a permanent element of organizational and business processes in companies operating on the pharmaceutical market (in the sector). The external national and international legal environment in the area of personal data protection requires the organization to develop, implement, monitor, control, audit and ongoing management of the so-called personal data protection system. An organization that processes personal data of natural persons must be able to demonstrate to the supervisory authority(ies) that the processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law (external and internal legal environment).
