IP management process at the site is a cycle starting from the order and shipment to the site to the IP destruction. From the site perspective it is important to ensure that each step in the IP accountability lifecycle is well documented and each and every IP kit can be easily tracked. CRA is responsible for supporting the site in maintenance of this lifecycle but also monitoring if this is done properly and escalating in case of any issues. This course provides information on IP accountability lifecycle, parties involved in the IP management, IP documentation, IP monitoring, IP dispensation and compliance and IP guidelines and procedures. During the course, participant will be provided with real examples of IP related documents to better understand how to analyze IP documentation and the process of the IP management at the site. Course is followed by bank of questions and case study exercise so the participant can verify the knowledge.
